Postpartum Bath Tea

Postpartum Bath Tea is designed to bring nourishment, soothing relief, and alleviate some of the common postpartum symptoms and discomforts. The herbs that are chosen for this blend offer unique properties that will help with itching, support of the natural cleansing process, reduce swelling, and provide comfort and relaxation.

Ingredients: Plantain, Comfrey, Yarrow, Calendula, Uva Ursi, Red Raspberry Leaf, Epsom Salt, Himalayan Pink Salt, Dead Sea Salts, Lavender Essential Oil

Use: Add 1 cup of herbs to the provided cotton muslin bag. Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil. Add herbs to the water and bring the water to light simmer. Simmer for 30-60 minutes. Add the infusion to your bath. If using a traditional shallow pan for sitz bath, you can use ½ cup herbs with 1 quart of water. You can also add the infusion to a peri bottle to cleanse yourself with each bathroom trip. Baby can join in this bath soak. It is for external use only.
